Ruthless Ass Niggas
STORY
R.A.N., which stands for Ruthless Ass Niggas, were a gangsta rap duo from the neighborhood of Orange Mound in Memphis, TN, formed in 1992 and made up of upcoming rappers Lil Ced & Big Syl. They were close with Kingpin Skinny Pimp & The Gimisum Family.
R.A.N. released in 1993 his debut album on tape, entitled "Gotta Be Lyrical". It's an ultra rare local gem. Impossible to find nowadays.
Lil Ced then created IcyWhite Records in the mid-90's and put out his classic solo album, "Playin' By The Rules". Another release of R.A.N. was announced at this time but it didn't happen from what we know...
