Mind Over Body (M.O.B.) was a Gangsta Rap duo from St. Louis, MO, composed of rappers A.K. & J-Cup.
Their one & only release, dropped in 1996 on Str8 Game Records & P.D. Waxx Records (the label of Out Of Order, another rap group from STL) was the full length "The un-X-Pected". This album is a real bomb with a laid-back mobb music style, thanks to the prods of legendary bay Area producer Lev Berlak...
