STORY
Criminyles were a short-lived gangsta rap quartet from Cincinnati, OH, comprised of D'Meka, Phunky Mac, BJ & Tone Capone. Both D'Meka & Phunky Mac were members of the 90's legendary Nati trio OTR Clique, along with 2-Still.
Criminyles released only one album in 2001 through Melodyc Records, entitled "The Religion Is Crime... The Belief Is Crime Pay's". You would attend some OTR Clique style of rap, especially since 2-Still is executive-producer of the project, but it's more a basic gangsta rap album. Good but definitively not as good as OTR Clique. And the song that features UGK is also contained in the solo album of D'Meka "Now... Feel Me!", which came out in 1997...
