Hip Hop group out of Fort Wayne, IN.
It was made up of members of Critical Mass & Squadron Supreme and V.I.C.. Chains of Chaos were also members of the Basementheadz collective.
C.O.C. released an album in 1999 entitled "The Nuthing".
