STORY
B.O.E., which stands for Black On Earth, was a gangsta rap group from Houston, TX.
Their only full length album, titled "Watcha Back", came out in 1995 through Safari Records. It's an obscure gem that's sought after by many collectors or Dirty South rap fans but unfortunately it's unaffordable nowadays. Papa Reu is featured on this album under the moniker Papa Rueben.
